I love this sentiment so much -- it's from Voices in My Head by Julie Ebersole at Essentials by Ellen. Know a few folks (I mean pretty much everyone, right?) who could use some positive thoughts.
Decided that this My Favorite Things stencil would work great with the sentiment. Placed the stencil over watercolor paper and masked each section one at a time. Rubbed Distress Oxide inks onto an acrylic block, spritzed with water, and then picked up the paint and watercolored each section over the stencil.
Made a second card, using essentially the same technique, except I used a blender
brush to color in with the same Distress Oxide inks onto Neenah Solar White cardstock.
MOOD WHEN DONE: I'm good. Like the cards and really enjoyed making them and that's what this hobby is all about, right?

I love the cards and the sentiment and the vibes vibe! Watercolor or blended inks, they both look fantastic. You're very precise with the rather intricate stencil.
We need more positive. My favorite was the watercolor as it matches my thinking. Well done.
I like both cards, but I prefer the watercolored one—the colors are a bit brighter, and the blocks of color are a lot looser, which gives the card a freer feel that meshes perfectly with that sentiment. The blocks of color on the ink-blended card are a lot more regimented, since they fill in the stencil precisely and no more, while the watercolored blocks bleed over the edges and run together a bit. That freedom really suits the positivity of the well-wishes. The card feels like it's saying, "Take a deep breath and relax! Cheer up! It'll be okay."
You picked the perfect stencil for this sentiment... let the positive vibes radiate out from you :-) Love how they turned out! My OCD side prefers the ink blended version but I have an appreciation for those who can pull off the looser look. You did very well at both!!!
