Wedding Card/June Pin-Sights Challenge

Needed a quick wedding card for a fancy wedding reception (imagine over 100 women in gorgeous saris -- oh my, my black dress looked pretty drab in comparison!).  I had some pre embossed watercolor paper from Cosmo Cricket laying to which and I added some watercolors. As easy as it gets!

Set it aside to dry and stamped the inside.

Die cut the top panel with the Essentials by Ellen Diagonal Window die. This is a great all-purpose die! Adhered the layers and added some pretty gold ribbon.

A 20 minute card that also fits the Essentials by Ellen June Pin-Sights Challenge.

MOOD WHEN DONE = Satisfied!

  2. I've been to a Hindu wedding and reception and it's truly difficult not to stare with your mouth agape at all those beautiful saris. Even on the littlest girls. Gorgeous! And the food! Best if a kind soul points out which dishes are not too hot. Your card is perfect! Your watercolors and the gold ribbon... sigh... What beautiful Pin-spiration, too!
